First timers, we ate breakfast there at 10am on a Saturday. We were seated quickly and our food was out within 10 min of ordering. Waitress was very informative and told us a quick run down of the city and the mural within the restaurant. I would say they were very inviting. The food was very affordable and fantastic. We had the shrimp and grits as well as "the dirty bird".

The food was delicious!! Everything was well seasoned, and it was decorated with pictures of Elizabeth city looked years ago. The entire staff was friendly and checked in on us as we enjoyed our meal. I can tell a lot of locals came here because a woman who seemed to be the manager or owner called a few folks by name.Really awesome welcoming atmosphere, great portions, and a great price. The Chicken wrap was delicious and the fries are the best fries I have had in a long time.

Stopped by with a group for a quick breakfast. We ordered biscuits which were tasty, soft, and delicious. Prices were decent. The options include sausage, ham, bacon, fried chicken, egg, and cheese. They also sell other delicious breakfast and non breakfast items. The server/staff member was friendly and helpful and the service was fast (given we were in a bit of a rush). Street parking available near the cafe.

Breakfast was excellent! The only restaurant in town with real butter! The eggs are cooked exactly as ordered and the service and hospitality are amazing! Thank you Tina and Dallas! Perfect place to have breakfast and study for a test!!

Our lunch was delicious and everyone was happy with what they ordered. We tried the jambalaya, the wings, a BLT, and tomato-basil soup. Everything was excellent and well-priced! Service was quick and friendly. My only concern is that the bathrooms are not wheelchair accessible as they have the half-width doors. We'd absolutely come here again, and we're looking forward to trying out the breakfast menu.

Came here for breakfast with my family. We're on vacation. And this place was absolutely lovely. Quick and friendly service. The food was fantastic! And the prices aren't bad either. Definitely plan on going back before leaving Elizabeth City!!
